Something I bought has disappeared

Crato is a store each creator owns, not a library we run. So a creator can edit or stop selling something, including something you already bought. If they do, it comes off their store and nobody new can get it — and it stays in your Library, with everything in it. You keep what you bought.

They can also change it: rewrite a lesson, swap a file, add to a course. There is one version of a thing rather than a copy per buyer, so you always see the current one.

Download anything you would be sorry to lose. A file saved on your own device cannot be withdrawn by anyone.

If it vanished within 30 days of buying it, you can still ask for a refund.
