My sign-in code hasn't arrived

Codes usually arrive in a few seconds. When one does not:

• Check the spam or junk folder. This is the answer most of the time.
• Make sure it is the email you paid with. A code only goes to an address we have seen before.
• Wait a minute before asking for another, the newest code is the only one that works.
