When do I get my money?

Your money goes straight into your own Stripe account when someone buys. Crato never holds it, never routes it, and could not delay it if we wanted to.

That means payout dates and amounts come from your Stripe dashboard, not from us, and you set the payout schedule there yourself.

The first one takes longer

Stripe usually holds a new account's first payout for 7 to 14 days. That is Stripe's fraud check on a brand new account, it happens to everybody, and it only happens once. The money is yours the whole time, you can see it in your Stripe balance.
