Open your Library. Enter the email you paid with and we send you a code, there is no password to forget.

Everything you have bought on Crato is on that one list, from every creator, however long ago. You do not need a separate account for each store.

The list is empty, or something is missing

One account sells and buys with the same email, so you do not need a second one for either. Almost always this means the purchase was made with a different email than the one you signed in with. Check the receipt we emailed you and sign in with the address it was sent to.

If that still does not find it, tell us the date and the last four digits of the card and we will track it down.
