There's a charge from CRATO and I don't recognise it
Crato is where creators sell things, guides, courses, presets, calls, merch, through a link in their Instagram or TikTok bio. The creator gets paid, we run the shop. So a charge saying CRATO is one of two things: something you bought from one of those creators, or Crato's own subscription if you sell here yourself.
It often looks unfamiliar because you remember the creator's name, not ours. The thing you bought was probably called something completely different.
Find out what it was
Open your Library and sign in with the email you paid with. There is no password, we send a code. Everything you have ever bought on Crato is there, from every creator, with dates and amounts.
Still not familiar
Write to us with the date and the last four digits of the card. We will tell you exactly what it was, usually the same day, and refund it if it should not have happened.
Please ask us before asking your bank. A bank dispute takes weeks, and it costs the creator the sale plus a fee even when everybody agrees it was a mistake. We can normally sort it out in an afternoon.
