My Buy button doesn't work

Buy stays switched off until your Stripe account is fully verified. Not because we are being careful, because a payment genuinely cannot happen before Stripe has somewhere to send it, and a broken checkout button costs you the customer and the trust.

Open Connections and finish Stripe. It normally takes a few minutes; occasionally Stripe asks for a document and reviews it.

You can build everything first

Nothing else waits on Stripe. Write your items, upload files, set prices, preview the whole store. Only publishing needs a verified account.
