The short answer
Linktree is the best known link-in-bio tool, and for links it's great. For selling, it's expensive: the free plan takes 12% of every sale, and the $8 and $15 plans still take 9%. You only get 0% on Premium, at $35 a month.
You don't have to leave Linktree to fix that. Keep it for your links and add a store with a lower fee as one of them. On Crato's free plan the fee is 5%. On Crato Pro it's 0% for $19 a month.

Where Linktree is better
- Links. Linktree is the standard. People recognize it, it connects to almost everything, and its analytics for clicks are excellent.
- Brand recognition. Some followers trust a Linktree page because they've seen a thousand of them.
- Integrations. Music, video, booking and email tools plug straight in.
If you sell one thing once in a while, 12% might be a price worth paying to keep everything in one place.
